This insert was a model in someone’s home who decided to go to a bigger firebox after having it for a month. This insert has a circulation blower in the front. The insert we are selling for $800 (new units retail for over $2000), stainless pipe and installation not included.

It has a self-ignitor and could have an optional thermostat. The insert is $950; installation isn’t included. Free estimates available for local insert installation.
This Enviro EF3 pellet insert would be a great way to change an open fireplace to a very effective heating source. It will hold about 30 pounds of pellet fuel and the BTU rating is up to 40K. The self-igniter works so it’s easy to turn on and off. Unit price is $800, but installation is extra.
We are lucky enough to have this Regency U-41 Propane insert. This is a terrific insert that comes with a blower, and it sticks out onto the hearth to provide even more radiant heat. It’s a 38,000 BTU insert that can have a thermostat on it. The insert is $900 with installation not included.
The company Whitfield produced some terrific pellet heaters for years. We have a used Advantage 2-T fireplace insert in stock. They are not easy to come by. A gas-burning insert is a great way to turn your non-efficient fireplace into an effective heating source, even if the power is out. This display model hasn’t been used and it has a screen door set over the glass to give it a nice look of a regular fireplace.
